Access to information and care
Accessibility & Accommodations
Updated October 13, 2026
Our commitment
I want people with disabilities to be able to learn about D'or Divine Health and seek care. We work to make this website accessible and use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as our improvement target.
Accessibility is ongoing work. This statement describes our efforts and how to get help; it is not a certification that every page, device, or assistive technology combination is free of barriers.
Help using the website or arranging care
If a page or booking step is difficult to use, contact me through the Call or Email Me option on my Psychology Today profile. Existing patients can also use their established Headway messaging channel. You may ask for help accessing information, an alternative format, or a reasonable accommodation for communication or care.
Tell us which page or task is difficult and your preferred way to receive a response. You do not need to include a diagnosis or detailed medical information in a website accessibility report. We will review the issue and work with you on a practical way to access the information or service.
Features on this website
- A skip link, descriptive headings, visible keyboard focus, and keyboard-operated FAQ controls.
- Layouts that wrap on small screens and allow browser zoom and text resizing.
- Text contrast, image descriptions where needed, and respect for reduced-motion preferences.
- Patient notices in readable HTML, without requiring a PDF download or account.
Third-party services
Headway handles booking and clinical services; Psychology Today provides an additional contact route. We do not control their interfaces, updates, or accessibility. If a third-party step presents a barrier, please tell us so we can help find an alternative and raise the issue with that service. Third-party limitations do not change our commitment to helping you access care.
Review and improvement
The October 2026 website review used automated accessibility checks and manual keyboard and responsive-layout checks. Automated tools do not find every barrier. We will continue to review changes and feedback; a comprehensive independent assistive-technology review has not yet been completed.
